The hotel offers basic, clean, and quiet rooms with cream-colored, plain furniture; however, the rooms are incredibly uncomfortable and small. The sliding glass door allows a nice breeze but lacks a screen, resulting in mosquito bites. The service is kind but inefficient, with a friendly staff that may lack professional hospitality standards. The location is excellent, centrally located in the historic area of Puebla near major attractions. The dining experience, while a bit expensive, offers a good selection of traditional Mexican food. The hotel lacks standout facilities.
